June 14"Mushrooms and Other Fungi of Central New York," Timothy Baroni, mycologist, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Biological Sciences, SUNY Cortland, and author of Mushrooms of the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada, 10:30 a.m.

June 25 – Book Group: Amelia Bloomer: Journalist, Suffragist, and Anti-fashion Icon by Sara Catterall, discussion led by Sara Earl.

July and August – School and Library are open from l:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

July 8 – "History of New Hope Mills" Dale Weed, owner, and Duane Weed, family historian

July 19"Protecting Our Greatest Asset - Skaneateles Lake", Frank Moses executive director, Skaneateles Lake Association, 10:30 a.m.

July 23 – Book Group: The Seeret War of Julia Child by Diana R. Chambers, discussion led by Alice Anderson.

August 9"Warm Water Fish in Skaneateles Lake," Leslie Wedge, retired DEC fisheries biologist and NYS trapper instructor, 10:30 a.m.

August 12"History of Mid-Lakes Navigation: 50 Years on the Waters of New York State, former co-owner Daniel Wiles, executive director, Port Byron Old Erie Canal Heritage Park and Samuel Center for Canal History.

August 20 – Book Group: Shellback by Karen Hempson (local author), discussion led by Jan Stokoe.

All programs and activities are scheduied at 7:00 p.m. at the Glen Haven School and Public Library. 7325 Fair Haven Road, at the head (south end) of Skaneateles Lake unless otherrvise noted. (Schedule changes can be found on the Glen Haven Historical Society Facebook page.) There is no admission charge for any event, and everyone is invited.
